Make a reservation before you go~ I also made a reservation and went, and because they see patients in 30-minute slots, it wasn't crowded and was nice. At places around me that are often factory-style clinics, I usually only met the chief staff member for consultation and the doctor during the procedure, but here I consulted with the doctor from the beginning. They ask where I'm worried and then do the procedure! The effect was good too.
