Immediately after surgery, excessive dissection caused a breast fusion complication, and the hospital said they didn't recommend reoperation and told me to just live with it. The staff were fairly kind, and the facility was old. These days saline surgery isn't commonly done, but it seems safer than silicone, and if the surgery goes well that's true, but whether my surgery would go well or not was basically luck.
