I didn't go expecting kindness, but the front desk staff just stood there blankly, and without any consultation with the director, the consultation manager immediately handled the procedure consultation. When I said which procedure I wanted, they only charged me for that one lol. I liked that they didn't push anything extra, but it felt like they just didn't want to work. They said the doctor who would do the procedure was coming, but it was a woman who wasn't listed among the medical staff on the clinic website. Still, she was kind. During the procedure, the male director and the nurse seemed to be arguing, so I felt uneasy the whole time;;
