I went thinking I'd get a consultation and then do the procedure right away, but I didn't get to meet the doctor. The consultation manager didn't know anything about the procedure. I asked a few basic questions, but they said they didn't know and didn't do a consultation, instead they recommended plastic surgery. I took time off work on purpose, and it was a waste of time. I had made a reservation and waited more than an hour. I thought maybe I should still get a doctor's consultation, but they said they hadn't done the procedure there before so they had no cases, so I gave up. Then I asked what would be good if I wanted to get a skin procedure, and they recommended something that didn't suit me. If you go in knowing nothing, it's the kind of place where you'll spend money and regret it. The consultation manager knows too little. I feel like I want to train them myself. They took photos with a skin device, but said it wasn't connected to the consultation room so they wouldn't show them. Then why take them in the first place. It was really the worst. Don't go.
