Every single staff member at the counter is rude I could feel it the moment I arrived at the hospital Even if I went to a neighborhood clinic that’s been around for years, they’d be kinder than these people My procedure was delayed by an hour past my appointment time When I complained about that, I was answered in a tone like, we have no problem, everyone else is waiting too, why are you the only one making a fuss? The doctors were the ones apologizing, saying sorry and all that Inside the procedure room there’s some sign saying the staff here are family or something like that, but the way they treat patients is basically, take it or leave it and act however they want It’s hopeless when the low-level assistants act like that
