I ended up paying for a 2 million won membership thanks to the consultation manager's dazzling way with words. First, the female director performs procedures very carefully. The male director is quick and gets it done in a flash. There seem to be two female doctors, and the other one also works very quickly. The biggest problem is the front desk and the staff. It's a factory, through and through. No one is kind, and no one gives proper guidance. You have to ask and do everything yourself. They don't even communicate information well with each other. Once, after all my procedures were done, a staff member told me to wait outside, so I waited. After 10 minutes, I thought there was really nothing left for me to do, so I went back and asked why I was waiting, and they said everything was done and I could just go home. Ridiculous. I really wasted money, couldn't get a refund, used up the whole amount, and will never go again.
