VAT is separate. The hospital was clean and, first of all, quiet, which I liked I got badly burned by the noisy factory-style hospitals in Ansan. This place is okay. The consultation is professional and generally kind. I only had one session for freckles, and after it, I felt like about 20% of the blemishes had faded. That was the feeling I got Normally you need to do it often, but I was too lazy so I only went once.
