The typical factory-style place. I have somewhat prominent cheekbones, so I asked them to place it as far back as possible to avoid a peanut-shaped face. They accepted my opinion well, so the problem I was worried about didn't happen, and the procedure went well. The consultant was kind too, so I think I'll go there occasionally for simple procedures like Botox.
