I looked into places close to home and came here because the reviews were decent. Since it was close to home, getting there wasn’t inconvenient, and when I visited the clinic, there was no waiting, so I could start with the coordinator, which was nice. The coordinator did have a bit of a strong recommendation vibe, but she was still kind and guided me well, and I liked that she listened to my questions carefully, organized them, and passed them on to the doctor. I also liked that the doctor listened to my opinion without pushing anything and recommended things in the direction I wanted.
