I went in for consultation about a double chin and buccal fat, but I also wanted to get the square jaw Botox done all at once, so I consulted about that too. After feeling my clenched jaw, they said this much is protruding quite a lot. I had gone in thinking only about the double chin, but they said I would need the buccal fat too for it to take effect in a reasonable amount of time, so I decided to do both together.
