The consultation manager consults with you, and if you lie down and wait, the director does the procedure. It's a one-person clinic, but it doesn't really feel like they design things in detail for you. Instead, the procedure time is long and it hurts. I've had it done at other hospitals too, but this is the first place that hurt this much. They seem to use strong intensity. Considering the price and the procedure time, it's not bad value for money.
