I wanted to look natural, like I was pretending my original nose was already pretty (?) After running around like crazy to about four places, I decided on here. There were two main reasons I decided on it: 1. Minimal material at the nose tip (ear cartilage only) - At the other clinics I visited, they said you absolutely had to use the septum, or use the septum + ear cartilage together to get the line I wanted. But at Migo alone, they said ear cartilage by itself would be enough to create the natural line I wanted. The septum is the structural support column of the nose and has a functional role, so I didn't want to touch it as much as possible, and since this would be my first surgery, I wanted maximum effect with minimum material if possible. 2. The surgeon's experience and the hospital's years since opening - He has at least 20 years of rhinoplasty experience and has been at Migo Hospital for a very long time. Maybe because of that, the hospital system itself feels organized, and even after the consultation, the manager was the one who organized everything and sent me off best. The manager and assistant nurses also generally seemed older and felt like they had been there a long time, which increased my trust in that aspect. They weren't overly friendly, but they weren't unfriendly either; overall the 분위기 was just plain and simple (?) .. Post-op care wasn't bad either. (Usually places that leave a large hospital and then open a private clinic after gaining experience have a very short history, around 2 to 4 years...? I excluded new hospitals like that because I couldn't trust them, and places where the hospital name keeps changing or where multiple doctors handle different parts of the nose also make it impossible to predict how my nose will turn out.) It's been a month since the surgery, and for now I'm very satisfied. People around me also say it looks natural but the nose line is very pretty. At first it looked a bit lifted, so I worried, but over time it settled down appropriately. It's natural, but the nose tip is currently nicely defined?? Even after surgery, there was almost no swelling, no bruising, and no bleeding. I didn't even have packing inserted, so breathing wasn't too bad either... I also had nostril reduction, so I worried a lot about scars, but thankfully the scar doesn't really stand out even now. If I keep applying ointment and time passes, I think it will really not be visible. I hesitated a lot about nostril reduction because I was worried about scars, but the frontal improvement was so big that looking back now, if I hadn't done it, it would have been a disaster lol (There are noses that are suitable for nostril reduction and noses that should not have it done; it's definitely a no-no for some.) Conclusion: Recommended if you want to improve your nose's shortcomings while pursuing a natural line. If you want a glamorous line or a high bridge, you might not be satisfied. The reason I wrote this out at such length is because I also searched like crazy while going around to consultations, so it reminded me of that time. I wrote this hoping everyone succeeds with their cosmetic surgery in a way that matches their own taste ㅠㅠ
