Overall they’re kind and the facility is fairly clean. The consultation is handled through a consultation manager rather than a doctor, so it’s better not to expect professionalism. Since it’s a factory-style hospital, the person in charge changes every time. On weekends there are always a lot of people, so even if you make a reservation, you often still have to wait. When I got acne treatments (PDT/LDM/Lala peel, etc.), I definitely felt improvement, but the whitening/scar lasers had very little effect. I recommend it for people who want routine care rather than dramatic changes. * The cost is the approximate total of the procedures I received.
