It was just an ordinary factory-style plastic surgery clinic. The doctor doesn't do the design. He just asks what you're worried about, and when I said I wanted to focus on this and that, he only did those parts. But after going around to a lot of places, I think you definitely need to go somewhere that actually does the design to get a result you're satisfied with.
