The staff are good and the doctors are kind... I originally went there for skin care, and the laser procedures weren’t bad either. The rainy-day event is pretty cost-effective, but when I went in at the event price it felt like they might have done it a bit perfunctorily (the time was a bit short) The facilities are good except the bathroom is a bit cramped! But even if you make a reservation and go, having to wait 10 to 20 minutes is annoying. It seems like because it’s run in a factory-like way, they squeeze in customers who came without reservations. As far as I know, you can’t choose the doctor directly (roughly though... like asking for the male doctor or the female doctor). The consultation feels like it takes about 2 minutes no matter which treatment you’re getting, which is a bit meh. Other than that, it’s fine. It’s cost-effective and seems good if you want regular maintenance treatments.
