It's a factory-style clinic, so it can't be helped. Since it's cheap, that's how it is. Still, the staff are rude haha... It varies with the doctor too, because it's a factory-style place... Good doctors are rare. I have to read their moods more than they read mine lol. But it's a procedure, so I put up with it. If you absolutely can't stand it, I recommend another clinic.
