They asked me to change my appointment time, so I changed it. But when I got there, I just kept waiting. They kept numbing me with cream for over 40 minutes and didn't say anything. Everyone in the lobby was having numbing cream applied too, but I don't know if that's normal. The place I went to before wasn't like that.. Everyone except the doctor and the nurse who was there during the procedure was rude. I kept waiting and they didn't tell me anything, and I got so tired of waiting. It seems like I only started the procedure about an hour after I arrived. I understand why people call it a factory. A friend recommended it, but it feels like the consultation plus procedure ended in under 5 minutes. I waited so long and it ended so quickly that I wondered if chin filler is supposed to be done that fast. It was so rude... They didn't even tell me the precautions after the procedure, so when I asked the nurse she told me to wait. I kept waiting again, and since they still weren't calling me, I asked the front desk, and they said why was I waiting, I could have been taken right away. Even though I had an appointment, I waited forever, and the procedure ended quickly, leaving a bad feeling Chin filler may normally be fast, but I'm not sure. Spending my own money while being made to feel on edge... I don't think I'll ever go again.. Only the doctor was kind.
