Before the procedure, they have a consultation with the doctor while looking at your face to see whether additional treatment areas are needed. If you say you don’t have time, it can be skipped. Personally, I think it’s good that this isn’t a factory-style dermatology clinic. I hate crowded places, so I like being able to quietly get it done and leave
