I did not want to touch the bone, but they said surgery would be difficult in the way I wanted, so I came back. Still, the consultation was very gentle and detailed, so this clinic made me even think of doing it in the doctor's way instead. But the tip of the nose in the review photos seems to become a bit plump, so I think I need to think about it more.
