I applied for a consultation and came because a friend recommended it, and they explained in detail the procedures and process needed for my current condition. While also telling me about the care methods I needed, it felt like I heard professional information related to my skin. Including redness and acne marks, they seemed to identify more of the underlying issues so I could get treatment. They also helped explain the equipment they use, and it was meaningful because I could understand for myself what treatment I would be getting and how.
