The hospital atmosphere was chaotic, and during the procedure the doctor went out twice to deal with complaints. The app said it would be the director doing the procedure, but InMode was done by some other woman. The actual effect wasn't bad. InMode did work somewhat, but I don't know about the other laser I got as part of the package.
