I went to get a consultation for Ruby laser, but they refused, saying it wouldn't be effective. They did tell me about other procedures I might need for my face and said I could just go to another clinic. There was no consultation fee.. they didn't charge anything. The input wouldn't work so I entered an arbitrary amount. They're honest. There were a lot of desk staff, mostly kind-looking mothers(?), which made me feel at ease.
