There are several consultation managers, and it's really a mixed bag. The first manager I got at my first visit was kind, explained the procedure in advance in enough detail, and didn't pressure me at all, which was very good. But from the next visit onward, the manager I kept getting was over-the-top; once we got into the consultation room, they just showed me the price list and acted like, pay if you want to pay, if not, fine, with no explanation at all lol. But outside the consultation room, they acted super overly kind (!). This manager was the worst. The doctor's procedure seems like he has a lot of experience. Above average. And there's one skin care therapist who is extremely kind. If you get assigned to her and get treatment, it feels like high-end one-on-one care..
