You can't see the doctor at the first consultation; the consultation manager just explains things here and there as if they were the doctor, and I thought this wasn't trustworthy enough, so I didn't do anything big like lifting or toning and only got hair removal. The doctor changes randomly, and you can't choose one. I also couldn't really hear a proper explanation during the procedure. It was a factory-style place, so I was really disappointed.
