There is an additional charge if you choose the chief doctor. I went because I got information from a person who paid out of pocket on a blog and had good results. It seems the female chief doctor is good at thread lifting. But the durability seems a bit lacking because it's thread, so I'm currently thinking about whether to get the procedure. If I do, I'll probably do it here.
