It's been a long time, so I don't remember well, but I did it about three times at one-month intervals, and it wasn't that painful for me. If you mainly treat the lower jaw and cheek fat, it doesn't seem to cause hollowness or sagging, and if you tell them to focus on the double chin and the area above the neck, they do it that way.
