There are a lot of people and a lot of staff, so it's always hectic, but it's good for getting simple procedures done quickly. As a factory-style clinic, everything is handled systematically without major issues. The female doctor who gave me Botox was kind, and I've visited several times; the staff are generally kind too. If I were getting an expensive procedure, I'd consider another clinic, but if you're looking for value or just want Botox and don't want to go all the way to Gangnam for it, this is a good place to look.
