I made a same-day consultation appointment and went, but there were people waiting. I consulted with the manager, and the consultation ended in just 5 minutes. Unless the director is busy with surgery or procedures, this was the first time I had ever finished after only a manager consultation without seeing the director.. Overall, it was disappointing
