I didn't have a consultation with the director, so I can't say whether they were kind or not. The consultation manager didn't use ultrasound, but they told me only the essentials like a director at another clinic would, which I found surprising. They reused gowns and other things during the consultation, which felt a bit icky, but overall the facility was clean. The price was overwhelmingly cheap.
