A few years ago I got Botox for my nasal alar, and it made the alar feel weaker so it seemed to spread a little less. It's a completely self-satisfaction kind of procedure, but it really hurt. It hurt, but because I strongly wanted my nasal alar to get smaller, I held out and got it done. The procedure itself finished quickly.
