I consulted with Director Kang Eun-taek. It was a rhinoplasty revision consultation, and there wasn’t much of a wait; they proceeded after a CT scan. There’s a section on the initial chart for writing down what you want, and I think I wrote about 10 things. The staff member rewrote everything so the director could see it. The consultation with the director wasn’t very long, and I felt he was rather cool and detached lol. Not unfriendly, but he said only what needed to be said, and clearly told me what couldn’t be done. He performs surgery in a natural shape, which matched what I wanted well. I also liked the surgical method he recommended because it prioritized safety. It seemed like he would adjust the surgical method as much as possible to the direction the patient wants, but he did strongly recommend doing it in his way because if I did the surgery I wanted, the shape might come out lacking, so I think I’ll probably follow the direction he suggested. He’s got quite a long career too, and he said he only does one surgery a day, or two at most, which I liked. I put down a deposit. The executive director was also fairly kind..!
