It was obvious the consultation manager was just trying to make a sale. It felt like, "Just pay and go already, stop asking questions." The place where I got care was really the worst. It was during COVID, but it was just like a factory, with no distancing at all, people lying packed together, and even taking off their masks while staff walked around. I made a reservation and went, but the wait was at least an hour. In the end, I got a refund.
