I don't know who the doctor was because I had my eyes closed during the procedure. It was a female doctor. The dermatology clinic is really huge and there are a lot of people, but I felt the staff were kind. The hair removal cycle is about 4 to 6 weeks, and I remember the person who applied the gel was nice too. The hair removal effect feels a little weak? Maybe because my hair is too stubborn. I plan to go often and keep getting it done. I asked whether I could repurchase the same package at the same price, and they told me yes, so I think it's okay and I plan to keep paying and get ongoing treatment. This was my second treatment, and the effect was pretty strong It hurt while I was getting the procedure, so I kept flinching haha But the effect seems really great. I think everyone comes at least once because it's cheap!
