A factory, pure and simple. Every time I visited, the doctor who performed the procedure and the assisting staff changed, but the kind ones were kind and the unfriendly ones were unfriendly. The hospital facilities are good. But I think the low price is still the biggest advantage. The laser hair removal procedure itself was fine.
