I had double eyelid surgery about 6-7 years ago, and because I was doing it cheap, I rushed into it.. Honestly, I didn't have high expectations. During the first consultation there was no mention of ptosis, but they brought it up on the day of surgery.. I prepared cash for the exact amount and said I didn't have any extra money, and they said there was nothing we could do, so I had the surgery. But after about 2 years it ended up coming undone. When I woke up in the morning and was swollen, my double eyelids would disappear... So I used eyelid tape, and eventually I had revision surgery.
