I liked that they said it was only possible with ear cartilage. During the consultation, they showed me photos taken during the surgery, which was a bit scary. If you can't handle the sight of blood, it might be better to say so in advance. I liked that there was no pressure to pay a deposit, and among the places I consulted, I liked their nose work the most!! The downside is the price is on the expensive side.
