Consulted with Director Kang Eun-taek. I currently have 5-6 mm silicone in my nose and I'm looking into revision surgery because I'm not satisfied with the shape. He said the silicone would be replaced with 4 mm silicone; because my septum is small, surgery using the septum would be difficult, and if I wanted to be more ambitious they could use autologous costal cartilage, but if I just want the degree of improvement I'm looking for, ear cartilage would also be possible. It would be done under sedation anesthesia, and the surgery time would be about 3 to 3.5 hours. If I send the nose photos I want in advance before surgery, the director would use them as reference and operate accordingly. He said he would personally check all follow-up progress. Injections and laser treatments would be free, and the AS period is 2 years. From the reviews and the explanation, I felt that the nose shape he creates is the style that best matches my aesthetic needs. Natural, not overdone, not pointy, that kind of style.. If I total the estimate, silicone replacement + alar reduction + osteotomy + ear cartilage + alar cartilage repositioning -> 6.93 million won. I felt that both the director and the manager carefully checked my current nose condition and understood my needs well. Even the fact that the director consultation came first made it feel like he was thorough. I also liked that they said they wouldn't use autologous costal cartilage or septal cartilage.. I also felt the manager was trying hard to understand the patient's needs as much as possible between the director and the patient. I don't think I need to visit any other clinics, and once I set the time for sure, I think I'll have the surgery here
