Even if you go at the time you booked, you still have to wait forever. On my first visit, they said I had to bring a tank top from the next time onward, something they had never mentioned when I booked..? They should tell you in advance if they want you to know; other places just give one to you. It is hard enough just to get the first reservation, so anyway, this is basically a low-margin, high-volume factory-style clinic.
