I hadn’t decided on surgery, but the consultation was detailed and kind, and it was helpful. They seemed to speak honestly. I was surprised that the hospital was much bigger than I expected. There was a wait, but I didn’t have to wait terribly long, maybe about 10 to 20 minutes.
