First of all, the waiting time was way too long, and I waited an hour. Everyone was crowded together all at once like kids gathered in a schoolyard, and I don't know if the person making the appointments was using their head... In this situation, shouldn't they schedule people for the next day or the next time slot if they go over a certain number? There weren't even enough chairs, so everyone was standing and waiting. For chin Botox and facial contouring injections, they said the doctor would consult, but it ended up being the consultation manager. And then another hour of waiting... I don't think I'll ever get injections here again. The doctor who did it didn't even have a separate room and was crouching next to the counter. The underarm laser worked, so once I finish the remaining sessions, I probably won't need to come back. But they also call 6 to 7 people into a small room for the underarm laser, and everyone has to sit around awkwardly in sleeveless tops waiting, so please do something about that too lol. Call two or three people at a time... I showered as soon as I got home because the machine felt gross.
