All the staff were kind, and the director explained things in detail, which helped me a lot. The procedure I wanted wasn't suitable, so I changed to something else, but I'm satisfied. Because it's a one-on-one reservation, there is no waiting time, but when I got the consultation and the procedure, it felt a little rushed.
