But the director who performed the procedure that day was so kind and detailed in explaining everything that I trusted them and went ahead. They checked whether it hurt while I was receiving it, and kept watching my muscle movement while injecting. When I told them the areas I was worried about, they also told me about recommended procedures and the areas that would be good to improve (no pressure to do procedures). I liked that they kept checking in as they did the procedure.
