I used to get treatments somewhere else, but I tried this place once because it's near my house and they were running an event. They recently renovated the clinic, so the facilities became brighter and cleaner. Because it's a chain, it can feel factory-like, but the effect is not bad. In the case of the director who handled my treatment, before the procedure they explained the areas I should be careful about and the areas that might be sensitive. There are places that, even if they're standalone clinics, seem not to understand very well and just do the treatment with some random skill, but this was much better than that. The numbing cream might have been different, but the Shurink Universe didn't hurt at all compared with before.
