This was my first laser hair removal treatment. I made a phone reservation and got consultation and treatment on the same day. They answer all the questions even if I call a lot. But if I do not ask, they do not answer. My friend said they applied numbing gel, but here they do not even put on gel and finish quickly, nice and smooth. I kept asking them to do it carefully because I had a lot of hair, but it finished so easily and quickly that I am not sure whether it was done carefully. The estimate on the website for 5 sessions on the whole arm is 264,000. I will write another review after I finish all 5 sessions.
