I had 3 Agnes partial treatments, and my acne is definitely reduced. I was surprised because the downtime, which they said would be about 1 week, ended up being longer than expected. There is some pain during the procedure, but after it ends there was no separate pain. I've been to many clinics, and they do seem to be thorough with the treatment.
