The people at the front desk.. I hate to say this, but their service mindset is zero. Overall they're passive, and their expressions and tone of voice are stiff too. How is headquarters managing the staff? It's a bit unfortunate. Even so, the reason I go is because it's close, cheap, and because hair removal is a simple procedure.
