Maybe because it was my first time getting Botox, the explanation was detailed. They numbed me with an ice pack, but that was based on when the clinic first opened, so I don't know if they still do that now. There wasn't much time to communicate with the doctor who performed the procedure. There are too many factory-style clinics around, so there's no real reason to go out of my way here. I only went because it's closest to my home/work haha
