I went to consult about hair removal because I have a lot of hair, and I went about 20 minutes early, waited 15 minutes, and they let me in 5 minutes early. Good good. The staff were kind and seemed fine, but I don't know if the device breakdown was real, but they called to cancel the appointment one hour before the procedure day, so I had to reschedule for another day.
