They seemed kind and gave a consultation that made me feel trust, but the slightly disappointing part was that it felt like they didn't catch the line I wanted. Still, the consultation itself was kind and good, so it wasn't bad. The specific explanations were fine too, but I ended up choosing to have it done somewhere else after comparing costs!
