Wow, the consultation manager was the worst one.. The doctor was kind and seems to do consultations well. But the manager's attitude was just.. like some sort of delinquent. The doctor wasn't even actively recommending surgery, but the manager was the one pushing it, saying shouldn't we at least try something? If something goes wrong, who takes responsibility?
